There are no magic pills or diets!
I know we all hope that there is one magical solution in the form of pill that we can just swallow or highly effective diet or exercise that we can do for a month and we are going to magically start losing weight! That is how we are born and influenced by Hollywood movies. We believe that when you lose hope – there is magic that can mysteriously solve your problem, we just have to believe in it.
Well, believing in magic pills and diets is actually the thing that will never get you lose that extra weight!
I am sorry to bring such a bad news to you, but there are NO magical solutions to excessive weight!
Sorry, but that is the true!
How do I know?
For the past 20 years, I tried most of these pills, scientifically proven inventions, diets, exercises, herbal magic, voodoo – you name it – it DOESN’T WORK!
What do I mean by saying, that magical solutions don’t work? These scientifically proven magic are all meant to quickly “fix” your problem. They don’t deal with the root cause of being fat forever! They do not help you change the way you live your life, they are all meant to act like painkillers that can only temporarily relive your pain – but you can’t live on painkillers forever!
The reality is, you did not gain your weight in a month – did you? It’s not possible to gain 40 pounds in a month! If it’s not possible to gain 40 or 20 pounds within a month that why do you believe that you can lose 20 or 40 pounds within a month?
THE TRUE is it’s NOT POSSIBLE to lose 20 or 40 pounds in a month without seriously ruining your health!
I know, we all want the “quick fixes” in our lives – like we do with many other things on a daily basis. For example if I want luxurious car, I just have to dig dip in to my credit line and there you go – I’ve got it – right away – no need to sweat – no need to wait! I get what I want right away. Why don’t we do the same with our bodies? When we wanna lose 40 pounds, we just have to pull our credit cards out, buy that magical herbal, scientifically proven pill or super secret diet and bum, you’ve lost 40 pounds!
Do you really think that is possible? Let me tell you – not only expensive, but this is extremely unhealthy – but best of all it lasts for no more than couple of years! This approach to losing weight is even worse than being fat forever.
Our bodies are build to gradually add or lose weight. Human bodies are live complex systems that are supposed to add or lose weight based on the way we live our lives not on scientifically proven methods to suck out body mass! We are not robots that can be fixed with a screwdriver and hammer! You can’t just cut parts of you live body cells by employing secret tricks or scientific inventions!
Messing up with human body always has negative impact! Learning how to live healthy, balanced lives is what matters.
Listen to me, learn from my experience and do it the right way, and because you’ve got only one body there is no room for mistakes and experiments. Once you ruin your body there is no way to get a replacement from a “body shop”.
I will give you an example do you believe that someone addicted to drugs can break that addiction within a month after struggling for years?
No, that is not possible! Why? Because that person not only has to give up what he or she likes, but he or she are chemically dependant on these drugs. Even if the person wants to, the brain sends signals to the body saying you must continue taking drugs.
The same is with excessive weight. Even if you want to stop eating more than you should, your brain sends signals to your body saying you should eat more than normal to keep you sugar levels high and the feeling of being full.
So, what if you magically lose 40 pounds, but your brain and body still doesn’t know what is good enough when it comes to eating? Well, in a year or so you will gain those 40 pounds back!
